Women obtain what they need for an interview, from clothing to confidence, and can return once they find employment for the apparel and accessories needed to enter the workforce. Each client works with a personal shopper that helps her pick out the perfect outfit for her interview or new employment. Each client schedules an appointment, which lasts about 1 hour.
Career Center
Whether continuing their job searches or seeking professional development, women can get guidance, enhance their skills, and explore career opportunities. Dress for Success Billings provides classes for clients to have access to computers to work on resumes or apply for jobs online. We also provide professional development, computer training, mentoring, financial education.
A vital component of the employment process is the first impression. Our location is staffed by knowledgeable employees and volunteers who assist our clients with: resume writing skills, job search expertise, suggested interview questions, mock interviews, and confidence building suggestions. We help our clients stay motivated and optimistic, quell their fears, and encourage them in their capabilities and future career endeavors.
